海口网4月19日消息（记者卢海浪）4月19日，记者从海口市卫健委获悉，海口市自4月13日起，按规范要求设置7个定点接种单位，做到独立登记、接种，按“知情、自愿”原则为港澳台同胞、外籍人士中的适龄人群接种新冠疫苗。截至目前，已累计为瑞士、美国、加拿大等国家的外籍人士接种新冠疫苗28针次，港澳台人士13针次。

为方便外籍人士了解新冠疫苗接种政策和接种流程，各接种单位准备了中、英文对照的《新冠疫苗接种指引流程》、《知情同意书》等，同时还配备了留学归国或具备英语交流沟通能力的医务人员、副高职称以上医生为其进行接种前的健康问询，讲解疫苗接种过程中、接种后的注意事项，提供了专业、优质的疫苗接种服务。已接种的港澳台、外籍人士对此纷纷点赞。

目前在海口外籍人士接种新冠疫苗年龄要求为18岁及以上。

Q5：接种前后有什么注意事项吗？
携带护照、有效停居留证件及海口市医保参保凭证；接种前一天不要饮酒，注意休息，接种当天不要空腹；接种完成后需在接种点留观区观察30分钟，无不适症状后才可以离开接种点；如果出现持续发烧等现象，应及时就医并向接种单位报告。

Have a good rest and do not drink alcohol the day before vaccination, and do not have an empty stomach on the day of vaccination. Q7：接种疫苗后是否还要继续戴口罩？
接种疫苗后虽然可以产生免疫力，可以大大降低感染风险，但任何疫苗保护作用不可能100%，部分人接种后有可能不产生足够抗体，仍然会有感染风险。所以，即使打完疫苗，请外籍人士也保持戴口罩、勤洗手、保持社交距离等良好卫生习惯。
Q7：Do I need to wear a mask after being vaccinated?
Vaccination will produce immunity from COVID-19 and greatly reduce infection risks. However, no vaccine is 100% effective; some people may have insufficient antibodies after taking vaccine and they can still be vulnerable to infection. So it is important that you should wear masks, wash hands regularly, and keep social distance.
Q8：接种疫苗后还需要做核酸检测吗？接种证明能否替代核酸检测报告？
接种疫苗可以在一定程度上降低感染风险，但任何疫苗的保护效果都不能达到100%，必要时请外籍人士配合相关部门进行核酸检测。

Vaccine taking can reduce infection risks, but no vaccine is 100% effective. When necessary, foreign nationals should still take nucleic test as required.
